Shipping Policy

At P31Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your order with care and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

We offer standard shipping through third-party carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and external factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. P31Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package is transferred to the carrier, it is outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. P31Cosmetics is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

In the event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or unforeseen issues with inventory or fulfillment.
