Due to the nature of cosmetic products and the importance of hygiene and safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
